Logo Ball Collection
The first time I purchased a logo ball was over thirty years ago on a vacation to Marco Island. Logo balls were just being introduced, and I thought it would be a nice souvenir. As I collected more, I built several racks to display them. My collection now includes nearly 400 different courses I have played.
Golfing All 50 States
My education consulting work took me to many states, and I often brought my clubs along. After ending my consulting work, I made it a goal to golf in the remaining dozen states. I completed that quest in 2018 with my family on a trip to Fargo, North Dakota. Visit the Golfing the USA page for a map and photo of the display rack.
Playing NYS Counties
My most recent “bucket list” goal was to golf in every county in New York State. There are 62 counties, and all have at least one golf course. After focusing on this goal for the past few years, I completed the journey. My blog describes the experience of traveling to different counties.
