My wife and I were visiting the Sarasota/Bradenton area visiting friends and I had the chance to play the Legacy Golf Club. This is an Arnold Palmer Signature Design course. Legacy is in the residential community of Lakewood Ranch. It is a a popular course and has earned a reputation as a challenging layout with virtually every hole framed with sand and water.
There are several over water shots to greens. The course, uniquely has 6 different tees to accommodate golfers of all abilities. The fairways are generous, but it is the second and third shot which are the test. It is a challenging and enjoyable Florida golf course.
